We are a family-owned medical practice founded in 2015, with a deep commitment to providing personalised high-quality care to patients in our community. The practice was established with the vision of offering a holistic, patient-centred approach to healthcare, and has since become a trusted resource for individuals and families seeking specialized care in the areas of diabetes management, dementia, and palliative care.

Billing information:

All services provided by Perkins Family medical are bulk-billed. There are no out of pocket fees associated with visits conducted by our general practitioners, nurse practitioners or practice nurses. On occasion, your provider may issue a referral to an external specialist, clinic or diagnostic imagining service. Our team will notify you if there may be any additional costs associated.
